E-Go Max is an excellent folding electric bike with the same pedigree as it's two predecessors (Lite & Lite+) but with a huge 150kg payload and a larger 14Ah Samsung Lithium Ion battery that gives it a great range of up to 90km (depending on conditions) meaning you'll never have to worry about the battery level when out on a ride.
As with all E-Go e-bikes the unique design incorporates the batteries inside the seat post therefore at first glance it doesn't even look like a folding electric bike! This can be easily removed for charging inside your home/work or in situ.
With the same riding modes and colours as the Lite models, this bike eats up the miles, especially with the 7 speed Shimano Gears at your fingertips. Foldable in the same 4 steps as the rest of the range enabling you to store this big bike in minimal space. Folded size 83cm x 48cm x 72cm.
Disc brakes at the front and rear result in this bike quickly and safely stopping when the need arises. The 20" wheels use 2.35 tyre. Seat post and handlebar stem are adjustable for a broad range of riders.
Additionally, the Max comes fully loaded with front & rear mudguards, front & rear lights, disc brakes, bell & reflector.
12 month warranty against manufacturing and material defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage or any use of the product that is inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in the user manual.

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched and should be with you within 3-5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.
Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0333 090 3894. Please include your order number when contacting us.
If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately.
Please note – when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return.
Returns - Changed your mind
If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to the manufacturer. You will need to return the product to the manufacturer before we can provide a refund.
Please note – the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Returns - Damages & Faulty
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
If your bike develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to email@example.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
Please note – any fault caused due to misuse of the bike including water or external damage is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric bike to avoid voiding your warranty.
We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via recorded, special or any other similar delivery service. Ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible, as we accept no responsibility for any damages or items lost in transit.
