The #BRLN is the Swiss army knife among the electric scooters. Solid features, a powerful engine, light weight and a price that is easy on the budget make the THE-URBAN #BRLN your perfect companion for every day.

8” tyres let you comfortably conquer any ground. Floor unevenness is being compensated by the suspension (front and rear) plus an air tyre in the front – the perfect solution for cruising the city.

The motor has a continuous output of 350W and 36V, allowing for effortless acceleration. The #BRLN enjoys a top speed of 15.5 mph and a max range of 12.4 miles.

Warranty:

All THE-URBAN scooters have a 2-year warranty on the electric parts: display, controller, motor and charger against manufacturing and material defects on a replacement basis, and a 2-year warranty for the battery.

  • Excludes consumable wearing fittings.
  • Excludes parts with physical damages, incomplete /broken cable connections. 
  • Excludes misuse, modification, negligence, and use of the scooter in wet conditions.
  • Excludes professional and hire use.

Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched and should be with you within 7-10 working days. This timeline has been affected by COVID19 on some items We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 11 working days, please reach out to us via email at support@generation-electric.com so that we can help.

Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@generation-electric.com or on 0333 090 3894. Please include your order number when contacting us. 

If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately. 

Please note –  when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return.

Returns - Changed your mind

If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to the manufacturer. You will need to return the product to the manufacturer before we can provide a refund.    

Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.

To return your product, you should email us at returns@generation-electric.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Returns - Damages & Faulty 

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@generation-electric.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

If your scooter develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to returns@generation-electric.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer. 

Please note –  any fault caused due to misuse of the scooter including water or external damage is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric scooter to avoid voiding your warranty.  

We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via recorded, special or any other similar delivery service. Ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible, as we accept no responsibility for any damages or items lost in transit.

Electric scooters are not legal in the UK, they are not to be used on any roads, footpaths or cycle lanes. It is the complete responsibility of the customers to ensure you operate an electrical scooter within all national and/or local laws. The customers assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Generation Electric & it's owners free from any liability caused by their use.
