Our all new range of Li-Fe electric scooters offer yet another choice in two-wheel transport, and they’re set to be the next big thing for commuters and leisure users alike, wanting to avoid public transport and get out in the fresh air!  Simply push away, press the accelerator and smoothly be driven along up to 15mph (25kph).  Each Li-Fe scooter comes fitted with a “push-start” safety feature, meaning that the scooter must be travelling at 3kph+ before the throttle engages.  With 3 different speed settings and 8.5″ pneumatic tyres we’ve developed the Li-Fe 250 Air scooter to offer maximum comfort, performance and control no matter how you use it.  When you’re done, simply fold it down and store away without taking up as much space as a bike…or car!  Each of our Li-Fe models fold, and when folded the handlebars clip securely to the rear mudguard making them simple to carry too!

Utilising a reliable 36V 6Ah battery, you’re fully charged in approx 4-5hrs, after which you can glide along for up to 20km!  Scroll down the page for more specification details.

Delivery

Once your order has been placed, we will charge your card. Once your bike is in stock your order will be dispatched and should be with you within 3-5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@generation-electric.com or on 0333 090 3894. Please include your order number when contacting us. 

If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately. 

Returns - Changed your mind

If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to the manufacturer. You will need to return the product to the manufacturer before we can provide a refund.    

Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.

To return your product, you should email us at returns@generation-electric.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Returns - Damages & Faulty 

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@generation-electric.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

If your scooter develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to returns@generation-electric.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer. 

Please note –  any fault caused due to misuse of the scooter including water or external damage is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric scooter to avoid voiding your warranty.  

We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via recorded, special or any other similar delivery service. Ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible, as we accept no responsibility for any damages or items lost in transit.

Electric scooters are not legal in the UK, they are not to be used on any roads, footpaths or cycle lanes. It is the complete responsibility of the customers to ensure you operate an electrical scooter within all national and/or local laws. The customers assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Generation Electric. & it's owners free from any liability caused by their use.
