The InMotion L8D is an excellent scooter with a very impressive spec. It inherits all the great features from it's big brother, the L8F, with the only difference being a lower power battery for those who don't need the higher speed & range.
InMotion have taken the time to design the L8D to look great aesthetically but done so without the cost of quality, this model is extremely safe and durable. 

Taillights are installed on both sides of the rear wheel to let anyone behind you know that you are slowing down. There are also front headlights on the handlebar to ensure a safe journey if travelling in the dark, these lights also pack a huge variety of colour combinations for you to play around with via the dedicated smartphone app. 

The L8D's folding design makes the scooter much easier to carry and fit in small spaces. InMotion have ensured the folding procedure and design is as convenient as possible with the handlers also folding inwards which reduces the max width by quite a bit! There are also two smaller auxiliary on the bottom of the foot plate to wheel the scooter along whilst folded which is a nifty feature. 

A simple slide switch mode means you no longer have to worry about turning the scooter on or off after every use. All you need to do is step on the scooter and give it the initial push and it automatically turns on and you can accelerate.

Once your payment is received your InMotion Electric Scooter will be dispatched within 48 hours. Items can take 2-5 working days to arrive.  We’ll send you tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@generation-electric.com or on 0333 090 3894. Please include your order number when contacting us. 

If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately. 

Please note –  when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return.

Returns - Changed your mind

If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to the manufacturer. You will need to return the product to the manufacturer before we can provide a refund.    

Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.

To return your product, you should email us at returns@generation-electric.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Returns - Damages & Faulty 

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@generation-electric.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

If your scooter develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to returns@generation-electric.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer. 

Please note –  any fault caused due to misuse of the scooter including water or external damage is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric scooter to avoid voiding your warranty.  

We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via recorded, special or any other similar delivery service. Ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible, as we accept no responsibility for any damages or items lost in transit.

Electric scooters are not legal in the UK, they are not to be used on any roads, footpaths or cycle lanes. It is the complete responsibility of the customers to ensure you operate an electrical scooter within all national and/or local laws. The customers assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Generation Electric & its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
