Egret-Eight v2 X 350W Electric Scooter

The EGRET EIGHT V2 comes with 8” tyres, sophisticated design, an elaborate suspension and a weight of only 14kg.

Ride Comfort:

8” tyres let you comfortably conquer any ground. Floor unevenness is being compensated by the suspension (front and rear) plus an air tyre in the front.

The height of the handlebar can be adjusted according to the driver’s height. The driver can select between five different speed levels and control the velocity using the index finger throttle. The maximum speed is 28 km/h. The deck is covered with grip tape providing a firm and skid-proof stand.

Engine:

Thrilling power: The motor has a continuous output of 350W, maximum rated power peaks at 745W. The maximum range is 30km. The voltage is 36V, the capacity 10.4Ah. The charging time for 100 % is four hours and for 70 % only two hours.

Safety:

Two drum brakes guarantee safe and reliable braking – and they are low-maintenance.

The lighting system has two benefits: One the one hand, the road ahead is properly lit and on the other hand, you are being seen by other road users.

The maximum payload is 100 kg.

THE EIGHT V2 is splash-resistant.

Features:

Due to the small pack size (103 x 15 x 38 cm), it can be combined with public transportation or put into the trunk of a car. Unfolding the scooter is just as easy as folding it. The folding mechanism has been proven and tested, properly applied it is safe and reliable. The dimensions of the unfolded scooter are 111 x 55.5 x 92 - 115 cm.

Warranty:

All EGRET scooters have a 2-year warranty on the electric parts: display, controller, motor and charger against manufacturing and material defects on a replacement basis, and a 2-year warranty for the battery.

• Excludes consumable wearing fittings.
• Excludes parts with physical damages, incomplete /broken cable connections. 
• Excludes misuse, modification, negligence, and use of the scooter in wet conditions.
• Excludes professional and hire use.

Delivery

Once your order has been placed, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched and should be with you within 7-10 working days. send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Returns - Changed your mind

If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to the manufacturer. You will need to return the product to the manufacturer before we can provide a refund.    

Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.

To return your product, you should email us at returns@generation-electric.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Returns - Damages & Faulty 

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@generation-electric.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

If your scooter develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to returns@generation-electric.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer. 

Please note –  any fault caused due to misuse of the scooter including water or external damage is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric scooter to avoid voiding your warranty.  

We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via recorded, special or any other similar delivery service. Ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible, as we accept no responsibility for any damages or items lost in transit.

Electric scooters are not legal in the UK, they are not to be used on any roads, footpaths or cycle lanes. It is the complete responsibility of the customers to ensure you operate an electrical scooter within all national and/or local laws. The customers assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Generation Electric & it's owners free from any liability caused by their use.
