Like the name suggests, this is the ride that reigns the world of electric city bikes. A quiet and elegant premium build. A step through frame for easier access. A battery that’s built onto the frame. The premium town/city ebike that comes with a rear rack, mudguards and a chain cover. The A6 Supreme is a goodie-pack of high-end electric bike features, wrapped in a new design for safer, longer and more comfortable rides.

The A6 supreme is a top-range city ebike. It features a frame made of top quality 6061 aluminium alloy for durability and quiet operation. 

While this high-end town ebike weighs only 24KG, it has a load capacity of 120KG, with 25KG on the rear rack! 

This power ride features the latest generation brushless hub 36V 250W with a range of up to 60km on a single charge, the high torque force (XOFO-C), powered by an all-powerful Samsung battery. It also features 5 pedal assist levels, so you can overcome anything. Get to work before everyone else with speeds of up to 15.5 mph!

Should any original component prove defective in terms of workmanship within its warranty period, we will replace it. Warranty period for the electric bikes is between 1-2 years. This warranty does not include labour and transportation cost. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser who must have proof of purchase to validate any claim. This warranty applies only in case of defective components and does not cover the effects of normal wear, nor damage caused by accident, abuse, excessive loads, neglect, inconsistent with the original intended use of the bike. No bike is indestructible, and no claims can be accepted for damage caused by improper use.



Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched and should be with you within 3-5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. 

Returns - Changed your mind

If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to the manufacturer. You will need to return the product to the manufacturer before we can provide a refund.    

Please note – the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.

To return your product, you should email us at returns@generation-electric.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Returns - Damages & Faulty 

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@generation-electric.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

If your bike develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to returns@generation-electric.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer. 

Please note –  any fault caused due to misuse of the bike including water or external damage is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric bike to avoid voiding your warranty.  

We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via recorded, special or any other similar delivery service. Ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible, as we accept no responsibility for any damages or items lost in transit.
