The A4 fat wheel ebike is a no-brainer pick for beginners and experienced pro cyclists alike. It is a comfortable all-year rounder capable of plowing through any terrain with ease. Built for serious off-road backpacking, the wider 26" x 4" KENDA tyres have a wider surface area for better traction at only 28kg, the A4 has a carrying capacity of 120kg.

The A4 sports a powerful 36v 250w XOFO fat high torque motor powered by a 36v 10.4ah SAMSUNG battery. The electric motor takes the grueling effort out of powering the ebike. The motor-battery combo is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 15.5mph and delivering up to 60km of ride range depending on rider, road, climb degree and pas selected. When dusk comes, the front and rear lights keep the fun going.    

A comfortable saddle, integrated lights and reliable stopping power round off this fat e-bike. The combined weight of the bike the RST suspension and powerful 250W drivetrain mean that you can utilize all of the A4 fatboys’ performance capabilities on pavement, loose rocks, bumpy terrain or light single-track.

Should any original component prove defective in terms of workmanship within its warranty period, we will replace it. Warranty period for the electric bikes is between 1-2 years. This warranty does not include labour and transportation cost. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser who must have proof of purchase to validate any claim. This warranty applies only in case of defective components and does not cover the effects of normal wear, nor damage caused by accident, abuse, excessive loads, neglect, inconsistent with the original intended use of the bike. No bike is indestructible, and no claims can be accepted for damage caused by improper use.



Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched and should be with you within 3-5 working days. This timeline has been affected by COVID19 on some items We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at support@generation-electric.com so that we can help.

Returns - Changed your mind

If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know and have the goods returned to the manufacturer. You will need to return the product to the manufacturer before we can provide a refund.    

Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.

To return your product, you should email us at returns@generation-electric.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Returns - Damages & Faulty 

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@generation-electric.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

If your bike develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to returns@generation-electric.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer. 

Please note –  any fault caused due to misuse of the bike including water or external damage is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric bike to avoid voiding your warranty.  

We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via recorded, special or any other similar delivery service. Ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible, as we accept no responsibility for any damages or items lost in transit.
