The Wallet folding electric bike is the love affair that has kept us up for so many nights. It is the bike that encapsulates the design and engineering nous that we pride ourselves in here at the CycloTricity R&D playground! Our challenge was simple; create an affordable, lightweight folding electric bike that actually does fold!
Having examined the folding e-bikes available, we were increasingly frustrated with how bulky they become as they fold sideways (and rarely entirely!). Added to their heavy weight and the awkward wrestle just to fold and lift them into the car boot, we refused to stand as spectators and came up with what we believe to be the most practical folding mechanism there is for e-bikes. At 16.9kg, the Wallet is not only light to lift and neat to fold, but practical enough to wheel around folded, to the point it is ideal to run in and out of public transport with. The perfect companion for commuters in need of getting to work fresh and rejuvenated every morning.

We offer a one year warranty covering the following items on your bike (including all electrical parts). The warranty covers technical faults which have not been in anyway caused by the user deliberately or accidentally.
- The main frame
- Hub motor and motor shell
- Handlebar dashboard
- Electric brake levers (excluding brake shoes, callipers and pads)
- Pedal assistance device
- Battery (including loss of range to under 10km (6miles) while using pedal assist only)
Exceptions to limited Warranty
- Damage resulting from misuse, not maintaining the vehicle or not following the guidelines within this user guide.
- Accidental or deliberate damage.
- Damage due to private repair or alteration by user.
- Failure to produce invoice or proof of purchase.
- Non electric spare parts and components worn in normal use eg. brakes, gears, chains, cranks, tyres & inner tubes.
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched and should be with you within 3-5 working days. Once your bike has been dispatched an email notification will be sent to you. Delivery is usually 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0333 090 3894. Please include your order number when contacting us.
If your order has not yet left the manufacturer's warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately.
Please note – when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return.
Returns - Changed your mind
If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 30 days to let us know and have the goods returned to the manufacturer. You will need to return the product to the manufacturer before we can provide a refund.
Please note – the 30 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Returns - Damages & Faulty
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
If your bike develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual) you could be entitled to a repair or replacement as covered with the warranty. Please send through details of the fault to email@example.com and we will arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
Please note – any fault caused due to misuse of the bike including water or external damage is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manufacturer's manual in detail before using your electric bike to avoid voiding your warranty.
We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via recorded, special or any other similar delivery service. Ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible, as we accept no responsibility for any damages or items lost in transit.
