The Wisper bikes can be made fully road legal through their specific DVSA registration of your bike for a small fee.

Please note that the Cyclotricity & E-GO bikes become illegal for use if a throttle is installed on public roads and in publicly accessible places – which includes common land, woodlands, bike trails, beaches etc. The bikes become strictly only legal for private land use with owners permission with a throttle.
